The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island (ACC-RI) on behalf of the Office of the Program Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems (OPM-MAS) intends to issue Request for Proposal (RFP) W519TC-25-R-0034 for a Small Caliber Second Source supplier to produce 5.56mm, 7.62mm, and Caliber .50 ammunition. The supplier is required to be geographically separated from the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP). This acquisition is a restricted competition to the U.S., its outlying areas, or Canada (U.S./Canada). Proposals will be evaluated using Best Value/Subjective Trade-Off Source Selection procedures. The resulting award will be a five year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quanty or IDIQ contract and be will be a combination of Firm Fixed Pricing and Fixed Pricing with an Economic Price Adjustment.
