The U.S. Embassy Zagreb hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Cell Phone Services

The solicitation may result in the award of firm fixed price contract.

Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than May 9th, 2025 using the solicitation name “Cell Phone Services, U.S. Embassy Zagreb, Croatia, 19HR9025Q0011” in the subject line.

DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
