The Labor Specialist will be a subject matter expert on worker empowerment, labor rights, andadvancing international labor standards globally across multiple sectors who demonstrates a keen senseof discernment and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a fast moving environment. The LaborSpecialist will demonstrate a track record of navigating challenges with a strategic and thoughtfulapproach and is expected to take initiative and show innovation and resourcefulness in recommendingnew or improved approaches.The Labor Specialist will have strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and awillingness to function in a collaborative and collegial environment. The Labor Specialist willdemonstrate sensitivity to others, balanced judgment, and an inclusive approach to teamwork. TheLabor Specialist will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment, re-prioritizing actions andadjusting workload as needed. The Labor Specialist is expected to take initiative and be innovative andresourceful in recommending new or improved approaches.
