This notice is issued to inform prospective venders of an upcoming requirement for the procurement of Cable Assembly, Special in accordance with a Government-owned Technical Data Package (TDP). This does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP will be issued on or about 04 June 2025. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov to receive the formal RFP. In order to obtain access to the TDP, venders must have an active certification in Joint Certification Program (JCP), https://www.public.dacs.dla.mil/jcp/ext/#ext/dashboard.
The anticipated acquisition will result in a 5-Year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with an estimated minimum quantity of 102 units and a maximum of 510 applicable to the Avenger Weapon System.

The cable assembly, special must be produced in accordance with a Government-provided TDP and meet all applicable performance and quality standards. Production lot testing (Government tested) is required. The requested delivery rate will be 10 for the first 9 months and 12 the 10th month after Contract Award.
