- Description : The Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility is seeking a Department of Justice certified Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) auditor for juvenile correctional facilities. HYCF is a thirty bed facility consisting of male and female youth located in Kailua Hawaii on a six hundred acre farm. The audit requested shall be completed utilizing the standard PREA audit instrument(s). This audit will be performed pursuant to a contractual agreement between the auditor and the Office of Youth Services Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility. Candidates will be required to submit a proposal to include length of time audit will take, travel, housing, meals, transportation and cost of audit.any questions or concerns regarding this process and bid should be directed to Deputy Facility Administrator Matelina Aulava 808-266-9500
