Acquisition of Memmert USA vacuum oven and vacuum pump for USDA, AMS, S&T, LATD-National Science Laboratories in Gastonia, NC. The Memmert USA VO101 and PMP 101 are designed to work together and are top tier oven and pump units that are built together into a single tower. They are also designed to perform the type of testing we are performing which many of the vacuum ovens on the market are not. The laboratory has purchased other models in the past and they struggle to hold the low-pressure vacuum that this testing requires. When an oven begins to leak or have pressure issues, a great deal of employee time can be wasted on repairs and patches and replacing the ovens/pumps occurs more frequently. - Documents:
