STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
Prep and Pack Stations
VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION
*ALL ITEMS HEREIN THAT MENTION BRAND NAME PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR A LIKE OR SIMILAR ITEM*
1. INTRODUCTION
This solicitation is to provide the Robert J. Dole VAMC with ( 6 ) prep and pack stations and 1 wrapping workstation for use in the Sterile Processing Services for preparing instrumentation for surgical procedures.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, hardware, installation, trainings, and any necessary educational materials needed for the successful utilization of the workstations by Robert J. Dole VAMC staff.
3. INSTALLATION & CLEAN UP

Contractor representatives must check in with either the contracting officer-s representative (COR), Supervisor, Assistant Chief, or Nurse manager. when they arrive on-site and check out upon completion of work each day. Contractor on-site visits shall be coordinated with the COR (or designee) before being scheduled or conducted. Contractor staff shall always be professional and shall take all necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment for the occupants. Contractor shall protect all items from damage. The Contractor shall take precaution against damage to the building(s), grounds, and furnishings. The Contractor shall repair or replace any items related to building(s) or grounds damaged accidentally or on purpose due to actions by the Contractor.
