AFLCMC/LPSZB, Tinker AFB, is considering issuing a solicitation in February 2025 for the T53-L-703 Engine Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) technical data manuals procurement. Tinker AFB is seeking qualified firm(s), and/or organization(s) in order to identify sources capable of providing COTS Technical manuals for the T53-l-703 program. Sources being sought are restricted to NAICS code 336412 PCS code J028. Sources being sought are not restricted to small business.
The US Air Force intends to award one 5 year contract structured as a one year basic with four one-year options, to a source capable of producing an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) license agreement. Proof they can produce / provide technical manuals for the T53-L-703 as outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement.
