- The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for prepared meals to be delivered to Blackstone Virginia. Each BPA awarded will have up to a 60-month ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $350,000. The minimum call value is $1.00, with a maximum call value of $25,000.00. All calls will include an individual statement of work and calls will be rotated amongst the vendors established under the BPA. The Request for Quote (RFQ) and all applicable documents are attached to this announcement. Questions are to be submitted by electronic mail no later than 11:00 A.M.
