This is a Presolicitation Notice Only.
No contract shall be awarded from this Presolicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for Brand Name or equal two (2) ManoScan™ ESO Z Catheters with a one-year extended warranty (high-resolution esophageal catheter) for Carl. R. Darnall Army Medical Center at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. This requirement will be procured as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside using NAICS code 339112 and size standard 1,000 employees. The anticipated delivery date is 30 September 2025. This acquisition will be procured under the authority of FAR Part 19.502-2. The Government is anticipating a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 18 August 2025.
