VIRTUAL PREPROPOSAL CONFERENCE
CEHNC will host a preproposal conference on October 3, 2025, at 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Central Time. Interested parties will be able to attend via TEAMS and/or phone.CEHNC's fuel program has several upcoming requirements in accordance with the information shared at the last industry day. The Government may track attendance and post for review after the conference.
The pre-proposal conference is for informational purposes only. Any remarks or explanations given during this conference (or in the conference slides) will not change the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Offerors are cautioned to carefully read the requirements of the solicitation and comply accordingly. Oral exchanges between offerors and the Government will not be binding unless changes are incorporated by a written amendment.
The Government plans to solicit the requirement for no more than 15 days due to mission needs.
