This is not a solicitation. This is a notice of intent to issue a BPA Call in accordance with FAR 13.303 and USDA policy (PGI 413.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)). The USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a call against BPA 126395 24A0023 for Preventative Maintenance for Agilent Technologies HPLCs and GCs with associated detectors.This BPA was competitively solicited on SAM.gov under solicitation WS1123727. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any party who believes they can perform this requirement should submit a capability statement for consideration by the government. A determination by the government not to further compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
