Description:
We are requesting maintenance twice a year. With assessment reports about needed repairs (including quotes)All parts are to be inspected and repaired if damaged. These include: Tracks, Track rollers, track roller assemblies, top wall seal, bottom wall seal with mechanisms for lowering, astragals, Door panels and frames and any other parts.There are a variety of doors and an onsite inspection of these will be needed for a proper quote. (The attached documents, detail the location, number and sizing.) The walls on the 3rd floor West Hall area have built in doors that are also part of the maintenance.We are also requesting Service and repair as needed by request. Please list your costs for labor per Technician and your write up percentage on your itemized parts.Contractor is responsible for all Lifts, ladders, tools and supplies.We are an event driven facility and will schedule work to be done as available.
