THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.
The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to award a sole source basis in accordance FAR 13.106-1 with Hamilton Company, 4970 Energy Wy, Reno, Nevada 89502-4123. as the only responsible source that can provide Preventative Maintenance and Services and Support for a “Hamilton” Liquid Handler Instrument, in support of the Bacterial Disease Branch (BDB) at Walter Reed Institute of Research (WRAIR) located in Silvery Spring MD. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Commercial Services. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 are incorporated.
