Amendment 3 - 09/05/2024
The purpose of this Amendment is to provide a revised Price Book to correct errors in the previous version.
Quoters that have already submitted a quote package must complete the revised Price Book and only need to submit the revised Price Book.
As a result, the submission closing date for this RFQ is extended to 10 September 2024 1300 Hours CET.
Amendment 2 - 08/27/2024
The purpose of this modification is:
a) to provide Answers to Questions asked by the interested Vendors,
b) to provide an updated PWS, based on the Questions by the Vendors,
c) to update Attachment 1 - Price Book as follows:
Column N is a "general", and not "accounting", The issue is fixed in attached Price Book.
Column K shall have Okt-24 written, because that's the next Inspection Date.
That shouldn't be affected by the input from the contractors.
d) to extend the closing date of this solicitation to 06 September 2024 1300 Hours CET
No other terms and conditions are modified by this amendment.

The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Crane Systems at U.S Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany.
The contract will consist of one, seven-month base period and two (2) option years. Proposed performance start date is on or about September 19, 2024.
The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s) to conduct maintenance, UVV inspections, and repair of the equipment listed on the attached inventory list (Attachment 2). The service includes all required preventive maintenance, on-demand repair services, repair parts, materials and labeling for Cranes and Mobile Lifts located or installed within USAG Wiesbaden.
