NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE SOLE SOURCE AWARD
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), Bemidji Area intents to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract on a sole source basis to Omnicell, for the Cass Lake IHS Hospital in Cass Lake, MN. The anticipated period of performance will be for a base plus 2 years.
The sole source action will be issued under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a) - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Omnicell Dispensing Cabinets Cass Lake Service Unit currently use, require software updates and maintenance. To keep the warranty on the Omnicell Dispensing Cabinets, Omnicell requires that only Omnicell software be installed on their products.
