Description
This is a Facility Support Service, a Recurring and a Non-recurring Work Items Contract “Preventive Maintenance and Repair for Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE) Systems in the U.S. Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY), Kanto Plain Area Japan”. The contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter installed equipment and systems to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition. The resulting contract will have one (1) Base Period and Six (6) one-year Option Periods.
This procurement will be issued using Sealed Bidding procedure with the intent to award a single Fixed Price contract. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, confirming to the solicitation, is the solicitation, is the most advantageous and offers the best value to the Government considering price only factors on the presupposition that required permits/licenses are held.
Bid shall be priced only in Japanese Yen. Bid not priced in Japanese Yen shall be deemed non-responsive, and will not be eligible for award.
