Cordero Dávila Building and Regional Offices Preventive maintenance service for the Housing Department Central Office Juan C. Cordero Dávila Building and Offices Regional The Department of Housing of the Government of Puerto Rico (PRDOH) is requesting professional services in charge of preventive maintenance for the Agency's utilities and facilities, to the electric generator of emergency, to the fire pump engine of the irrigation system, to the air conditioning systems, including routine prevention and cleaning services for the vehicles of the car fleet. Description of basic services as required by the area: Alarm Maintenance - Cleaning and inspection will be carried out on the area monitoring panels, troubleshooting and changing parts as needed (Monthly). Electrical Substation Maintenance - Cleaning and visual inspection will be carried out (Weekly).Generator & Fire Pump Maintenance - Visual inspection of all surroundings. Belt inspection. Inspection and lubrication of fan pulley. Battery voltage inspection. Inspection and adjustment of all clamps on the engine. Inspection of all levels of the engine. Engine leak inspection. Cleaning of Engine and room area. Change oils and filters annually according to manufacturer. Cleaning the room. (Monthly).Plumbing - Change of shoes sinks and toilets, repair of leaks, unclogging of urinals, toilets, sinks and drains. (As necessary).Electricity - Change and installation, lamps, receptacles, switches, fixing short circuits and changing breaker's. (As necessary) Routine preventative maintenance on cars - Change of parts related to wear and tear, wipers, lights, batteries, etc. We include cleaning. (As necessary) Miscellaneous - Construction...
