Dear Prospective Quoter:
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Preventive Maintenance Services for the Photovoltaic Systems at the U.S. Embassy Kolonia. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting anacceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations,without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range ifthere is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit that will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 10:00 am (Kolonia local time) at the U.S. Embassy Kolonia office. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Facility Maintenance Supervisor Rommel Lemana via email at LemanaRP@state.gov and MRSS Procurement at MRSSProcurement@state.gov by August 13, 2025 before 12 noon to confirm your attendance for the site visit and provide the names of representative/s attending to arrange entry in the project site.
