Description
This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis to allow for small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 811310. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. All offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
NMRC is in need of maintenance, service and inspection of: (1) Steelco medium sized steam sterilizer autoclave; Model# VS 263649/1 L; S/N: VSMC49LHKVXPTPC - QTY: 1 (1) Sussman SSB-72 72kW electric; Model# SSB72; S/N: N4-20284-Q11 - QTY: 1.
