The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date, and update Section 4 as follows.I. The proposal due date is extended to Monday, June 2,2025 at 17:00 hours(SAST).II. Update Evaluation Factors, Section 4, paragraph #1,2 & 5 (page 53) as follows.- Paragraph 1: Award will be based upon the determined best value for the USG.To include the determination of a vendor to best meet the needs of the USG; isknowledgeable of the PV systems deployed by this installation; and is deemedtechnically acceptable by fully meeting all informational requirements of thisrequest.- Paragraph 2: When considering contract award, all evaluation factors, otherthan cost or price, when combined, are significantly more important than cost orprice.- Paragraph 5: The price will be determined by multiplying the offered pricestimes the estimated quantities in “Prices - Continuation of SF-1449, block 23”,and arriving at a grand total, including all option years.SENSITIVE BUT - Documents:
