Description:
A. Pre-bid meeting and site inspection/s 1. The Saint Louis Zoo will hold a pre-bid meeting for all interested bidders at 10:00 a.m. CST on April 3,2025 in the Bayer Lecture Theater located in the Living World (north entrance, One Government Drive). 2. Bids will be accepted from contractors who have been in business for five (5) years or provide three letters of recommendation if less than five years. 3. Bids will only be accepted by bidders who attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting. 4. Bidders are directed to inspect the site and to investigate all conditions involved in executing a contract, to carefully read the specifications, to examine the drawings included in these bid documents, and to inform themselves fully of the conditions under which the contract is to be performed. The contractor will not be allowed additional compensation for items on which they have failed to inform themselves prior to the bidding. 5.
