The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). NSWCPD has a requirement to procure Non Commercial Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) Assemblies for a High Voltage Bus Simulator.
It is the Government's intention to procure this on a Full and Open Competition Basis.
