- PURPOSE: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for various types of printed envelopes and related services. The contract would be available to all State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members. Orders may be placed on an as-needed basis. Quantities may vary. CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $425,000 to $540,000 However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months in increments determined by the State. QUESTION AND ANSWER PERIOD: Questions should be emailed to nicole.fuller@state.mn.us by May 6, 2025. ***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. NOTE: Responders who are registered only as Bidders must register as Suppliers before being awarded an event. If participating in this event, make sure your registration as a Supplier occurs prior to the notice of intent to award.
