- THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The purpose of this Solicitation/Event is to receive responses and award a contract with a Contractor to provide Printing Maternal Early Childhood Sustained Home-Visiting (MECSH) program Learning to Communicate (LtC) Booklets. Note: Once bid is awarded, a Non-Disclosure Agreement will be attached and incorporated into the Contract.ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TERM: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from the date the State obtains all required signatures, until January 31, 2026, or when all obligations have been satisfactorily fulfilled.
