Pursuant to FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to negotiate a single source purchase order with Politico, LLC, SAM.gov Unique Entity ID: T8JGE1LE8933 for Politico Pre for 8 users within FHWA.

FHWA has been using Politico Pro to ensure FHWA leadership, decision makers and policy makers stay informed of relevant and timely legislative and transportation news critical to FHWA's mission. This offers unique access to a wide range of information and capabilities that have not been identified among any other vendor to include:
Consistent, real-time updates and alerts on news and information critical to FHWA-s mission Customizable newsletters regarding topics and policies directly applicable to FHWA One-stop directories for all Federal and State officeholders Legislative and regulatory tracking, dashboards and compasses Stakeholder management outreach tools AI generated bill summaries for all Federal and State bills
FHWA has researched and sampled other sources of information exhaustively and determined that Politico Pro is the premier source of this information and updates.

The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However, interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort.
