- This combined synopsis is for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for the Procurement of Commerical Off The Shelf (COTS) Reuseable, Pressurized, Metal Shipping Container for CT7-9C3 Propeller Gearboxes (PGB). Any offeror submitting a proposal must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). The award will not be delayed in order to allow a vendor time to register in SAM. Proposals will be evaluated to achieve best value to the Government. Award will be made to the offeror who meets all the criteria contained within this solicitation and associated attachments.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 1st, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 332439. The small business size standard is 600 employees.
