The City of Rosenberg, Texas (the City) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements including the financial statements of the City-s component unit, Rosenberg Development Corporation, for a three-year period for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2025, September 30, 2026 and September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for a term of two (2) additional fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAS) and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States (Government Auditing Standards), and the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Regulations, Cost Principals, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).Notice to All VendorsThe City of Rosenberg utilizes OpenGov Procurement as its eProcurement platform.
