Objective: The vendor shall deliver learning content and business processes that satisfy the following requirements:
Have an operational integration with the Cornerstone (https://www.cornerstoneondemand.com/) commercial application that supports a content subscription. The operational integration signs the user in via Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), maintains the user progress, and returns the user course status to their transcript record in Cornerstone upon the end of their access. Have an automated sync process with Cornerstone to maintain a current content catalog. Provide the average content refresh rate, average number of new courses released each month, and average number of courses retired each month that are incorporated into the monthly catalog update. Have a process to track user-reported issues with delivered content. Have a process to map customer training requirements to vendor content. The content sought with this requirement: Provides professional development for the Department of Defense civilian and military professionals at the apprentice/introductory and intermediate levels. The five most popular skill areas for our population to develop include acquisition, logistics, program management, project management, and cyber security. The content shall include leadership content and an Executive Coaching program that can offer personalized sessions with certified coaches. The content shall include hands-on software training in a lab environment. The content shall include a pathway for a student to prepare for a commercially recognized technical certification. The content shall include online courses, books, audiobooks, interactive labs modes of learning. The majority of the content should be organized in small modules that can be completed in less than 2 hours with an end of course exam.
