Description:
The City of Lakeland is seeking qualified and experienced professional engineering consulting firms for specific and continuing consulting services. The continuing services may include, without limitation: FAA and FDOT grant application assistance, preliminary, design, bidding and negotiation, and construction phase related services for general civil development and reconstruction projects, vertical infrastructure and architectural services, land acquisition assistance, surveying, subsurface investigation, geotechnical evaluation, landscaping, materials testing, airport planning, including aviation and land use planning, financial planning, design and construction observation, resident inspection, environmental evaluations including impact statements, permitting assistance and determinations of regional impact, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, building evaluation, and non-aviation development projects that may be expected at an airport of similar size and complexity. The qualifications submitted and the contract, if awarded, shall be in complete accordance with, without limitation, this request for qualifications, the attached City of Lakeland requirements, all codes, requirements and other regulations referenced therein.
