TOWN OF DOVER, VT - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DOVER WATER FEASIBILITY STUDY RELEASE: 11/20/2024The Town of Dover, VT is seeking proposals to update its previously completed water system feasibility study to identify the community-s preferred alternative for a water system in Dover. Following the selection of a preferred alternative, the Town intends to complete a preliminary engineering report that meets the requirements for funding through the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund.In 2010, the Town of Dover hired Phelps Engineering, Inc. to complete a Water Feasibility Study for a proposed municipal water system in Dover A copy of the 2010 Feasibility Study is available at the following link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SeOt6Syad4sq_rX3zw6rs0rXC2HKcykX?usp=sharingA full copy of the request for proposals can be seen at https://www.doververmont.com/rfps and found attached below.
