The City Of Duluth And The City Of Duluth Urban Redevelopment Agency (ura) Seek Design Consulting Teams To Provide Professional Engineering And Related Services For Annual On-call Professional Services Consulting Agreements. The City Of Duluth And The Ura Are Separate Entities Requiring Separate Contracts. This Procurement Will Consider Awards For Both Entities. No Additional Procurement Packages Will Be Required At This Time. Services Provided Under These On-call Consulting Agreements Could Include The Following Categories: 1. Road/sidewalk/trail Design 2.
