Description The outcome of this RFP is to develop professional learning courses aligned to Iowa-s Specially Designed Instruction Framework to support teachers in diagnosing instructional mathematical needs, designing evidence-based practices aligned to learner needs and the Iowa Academic Standards for Mathematics and deliver instruction using evidence-based, high leverage instructional practices to improve the math outcomes for learners with disabilities in grades PK - 12 including students with significant cognitive disabilities.The Iowa Department of Education may award multiple contracts based on the ability of Respondents to propose solutions for a high quality professional learning package as outlined. Some overlap of professional learning packages may be allowed for award purposes and is at the discretion of the State.
