The Regional Contracting Office - Parris Island is seeking vendors who can move government property from 605 Stewart Ave Garden City, NY 11530 to 125 Wainwright Drive Bldg 125 Brooklyn, NY 11252
Moving Services
The contractor will be responsible for providing professional moving services to include, but not limited to, packaging office furniture such as stand-up desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and ballistic panels. The contractor will be responsible for disassemby and reassembly of office furniture and equipment as applicable. The specifications for moving services are further explained in the attached PWS.
Period of Performance:
Inventory and packing days are from 27 May 2025 to no later than 5 June 2025, Moving, delivery, and unpacking dates are 6 June 2025 to no later than 15 June 2025.Instructions to interested businesses:
To assist the Government in conducting market research, interested vendors please provide the following information:1. Company name, address, point of contact, voice number and email address.
2. Type of business (i.e., large, small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced, disabled veteran-owned small business, large business, etc.) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 484210, CAGE Code, and Unique Entity Identification Number.
3. Refer to the attached Perforance of Work Statement and equipment density list (EDL) to respond based on the ability to provide the services asked for.
4. Provide your contractor capabilities statement or specifications for requirement.
