Description:
a. The Services to be Provided: The selected provider(s) (“Lawn Care Professional”) will be expected to deliver the following Scope of Services, as directed by the City Council or authorized City staff, on as as-needed basis: i. Lawn Trimming: Trimming of grass and vegetation around obstacles, structures, fencing, sidewalks, curbs, and other potentially hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a neat and uniform appearance. Trimming shall be performed with each mowing service to maintain consistent height and aesthetic appeal, unless otherwise directed or specified by the City. ii. Lawn Mowing: Mowing of areas designated by the City, ensuring an even cut to a uniform height, unless otherwise directed or specified by the City. Mowing services must be conducted using professional-grade equipment suitable for the site conditions. iii. Lawn Edging: Edging along sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and other defined landscape features, as directed by the City, ensuring a neat and uniform appearance. iv. Debris and Trash Removal: Removal of all grass clippings, leaves, litter, and other debris following any service for trimming, mowing or edging, and as otherwise directed by the City. All collected debris shall be disposed of off-site in accordance with state and local laws and regulations.Show Less
