- The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to provide Collin County with information necessary to determine the qualifications of firms interested in providing general civil engineering consulting services to Collin County on an \"as-needed\" basis.The response will be in the form of a \"Statement of Qualifications\" (SOQ)The term of the contract shall be a period of one year commencing on October 1, 2025, and continuing through and including September 30, 2026, with the option of extending the term for three (3) additional one (1) year renewals.A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at The Landing at Myers Park and Event Center 7117 County Road 166 McKinney, TX 75071 on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
