- The purpose of this request for statement of qualifications (RSQ) is to select highly qualified firm(s) to provide the requested services. It is anticipated that multiple firm(s) will be awarded a basic contract to provide the necessary utility engineering services for a period of three (3) years with two (2) subsequent 1-year renewal options that may be exercisable at the option of the County and as approved by the Volusia County Council and mutually agreed upon.
