- The Health and Human Services Commission (“Owner”), for and onbehalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (“HSCS”), is solicitingCompetitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a GeneralContractor (“Contractor”) to provide general construction and constructionadministration services to the Owner for Project No. 24-101-AUL Fire AlarmUpgrades - Fire Alarm Panel & Annunciators 533, 732, and Site (the“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forthin this Solicitation.This Solicitation is being issued to select a Contractor forthe Project under authority of Texas Government Code, Section 2155.144(b-2) andChapter 2269, Subchapter D.Project Summary:The scope of work includes, but is notlimited to, the following:Installation of new fire alarm system for building 533 and732. Demolition of old system.
