The Health and HumanServices Commission, for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor to provide general construction and construction administrationservices to the Owner for Project 25-101-ABL - Generator Replacementsat Abilene State Supported Living Centerin accordancewith the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.
