Vendors Are Expected To Deliver Consistent, High-quality Janitorial Services That Maintain A Clean, Safe, And Healthy Environment For City Employees And The Public. Services Will Cover Multiple Facilities, Including Administrative Offices, Public Safety Buildings, And Other City-managed Properties. The Contract Will Outline Specific Cleaning Schedules, Performance Standards, And Quality Control Measures. Vendors Must Demonstrate Experience In Managing Janitorial Contracts Of Similar Scope And Complexity, Comply With All Applicable Health And Safety Regulations, And Employ Trained Personnel.
