Initial smoke study shall inform a phased construction approach.Storm system from ground connection to first manhole is original terracotta pipe in most areas and manholes are original brick. This original system is in need of replacement to include mainlines, laterals, and manholes. Newer concrete piping through to outfalls at Lake Leisure should be tested/analyzed, but may remain in system if deemed acceptable condition.Sanitary lift station on site consistently reads a higher utilization number than incoming water usage, likely indicating an interconnection with the storm...
