PROJECT NO./TITLE: 675-23-103, Bid-Build (BB) Services, Update Lake Nona Canteen The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 has a requirement to provide construction services to include labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and all other resources necessary for the construction of all the elements to Update Lake Nona Canteen in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and other specifications. Work Location: Department of Veterans Affairs, Orlando VA Healthcare System, Lake Nona Campus, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. Estimated Target Completion Period: 540 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. In accordance with FAR 36.204 (f), the magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Size Standard is $45.0 Million. Product Service Code Z2DZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Hospital Buildings. This is a bid-build project/solicitation that will use trade-off source selection process, providing the best value to the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about March 19, 2025.
