Description
The Chalmer Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC) - Columbus, OH, has a requirement for Project 757-23-101, “Air Cooled Chillers”. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and any other items required to complete project “Air Cooled Chillers”, at the Chalmer Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center, 420 James Road, Columbus, OH 43219, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The goal of the project is to replace two roof installed air cooled chillers with three air cooled chillers; as well as to increase airflow in the sterile processing equipment room.
SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the authority under Public Law 109-461 (38 U.S.C. 8127) and is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The SDVOSB must be small under the relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and MUST be registered and verified in the following websites: https://dsbs.sba.gov/, www.sam.gov, to name a few, to be eligible for award. Bidders MUST ensure registration in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired prior to bid opening date. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code is 236220 and the business size standard is $45 million. In accordance with Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 852.219-10(a), the SDVOSB is required to perform a minimum of 25% of the construction work on the project.
Duration of the project shall not exceed Two Hundred Fifty-One (251) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
BONDS in form of Bid, Payment and Performance will be required.
