THIS SOLICITATION IS AMENDED TO EXTEND THE BID DUE DATE BY 11 DAYS, TO 3:00 PM CENTRAL DAYLIGHT TIME 8 JULY 2025 AND UPDATE THE WAGE DETERMINATION. SEE THE SF 30 ATTACHED. ADDITIONALLY, QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS HAVE BEEN UPLOADED TO THE ATTACHMENT SECTION OF PIEE, SOLICITATION. THIS Q AND A WILL BE FINALIZED AFTER THE CUTOFF FOR QUESTIONS. The Wisconsin Air National Guard is issuing an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for non-personal construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for Project HTUV189001 - Live Fire Indoor Small Arms Range to demolish the existing partially contained outdoor range and construct an indoor range as shown in the drawings and specifications herein. This project scope includes associated civil improvements and contaminated soil handling to support the building site following demolition of the outdoor range. The facility includes a new indoor 10-lane range with all associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing requirements for a fully functional ANG ETL compliant weapons qualification facility.
