Description:
The City is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide project management services (\"Services\") to support the Citys implementation of a new Land Management and Permitting Solution (\"Solution\"), which is currently being selected through a separate RFP https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/milpitas-ca/projects/107386. The selected vendor shall coordinate with all stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure that the Solution is implemented on time, within budget, and aligned with the Citys organizational objectives and needs. The Services shall include, but are not limited to, overseeing all phases of the Solution implementation, facilitating and ensuring effective communications among all involved parties, and applying best practices to manage resources and mitigate risks.Qualified vendors shall have demonstrated expertise in managing similar large-scale system implementations and a proven track record of delivering efficient and compliant project outcomes. This RFP, including the Scope of Work, provide additional details, requirements, and expectations.
