Description:
The Health and Human Services Commission (“Owner”), for and onbehalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division (“HSCS”), is solicitingCompetitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a GeneralContractor (“Contractor”) to provide general construction and constructionadministration services to the Owner for Project No. 24-112 RLC Exterior Windowand Interior Door Replacement (the “Project”), in accordance with the terms,conditions, and requirements set forth in this Solicitation.This Solicitation is being issued to select a Contractor forthe Project under authority of Texas Government Code, Section 2155.144(b-2) andChapter 2269, Subchapter D.Project Summary:The scope of work includes, but is notlimited to, the following:Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and laborto furnish and install the replacement of existing exterior windows andselected interior doors in five (5) buildings.
