- The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to engage a qualified supplier to provide professional property appraisal services to Texas State Technical College (TSTC). These services will assist TSTC in ensuring insurance coverage accuracy and supporting long‑term asset management for buildings and personal property across all TSTC campuses.This procurement is classified as a professional service in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2254.
