- It is the intent of these specifications to outline the project details for a time sensitive land & structure appraisal project as part of grant awarded by FEMA. The Township of Wayne is seeking fair market value appraisals referred to as the “third appraisal” for single family residential properties that have contested the original and their own second appraisal. While there are approximately nineteen (19) single family, residential properties in the program, a third appraisal is only needed for property owners in the program who have decided to contest the original appraisal. Therefore appraisals are on an as needed basis, assigned one at time, and will need to be completed within 2 weeks of notice to proceed.
