Tenders are invited for Property Evidence Manager System Vendor needs to provide property evidence manager system. - The implementation of a new, vendor hosted and cloud-based property and evidence management software solution that will be used to the track receipt, storage, transfer and disposal of property and evidence retained. - Implementation of all software components such as evidence management software, website portal, mobile application, integration APIs (Application Programming Interface), and security items. - ability to integrate with other system through an API gateway. - Provide administrative training and end user training and training related documentation for all users. - Data migration and assistance with data cleansing as necessary of all existing data into the new evidence management system. - The system shall have the ability to let users fill property tags electronically. The system shall provide the user the ability to invoice evidence or property and create invoice numbers. - The system shall have the ability to let user add items to invoice related to a case. - The system shall have the ability to let user input and display location of the property. - The system shall be able to read barcodes on all existing evidence tags with no need to retag current items. - The system shall have the ability to let the user add and edit a list of locations and sub-locations. - The system shall have the ability to track all property types, stolen, lost, recovered, found, destroyed, sold, seized, or held as evidence. - The system shall provide ability for the user to check out evidence. - The system shall have the ability to track the complete chain of custody of each property item. - The system shall have the ability to maintain an audit trail of all changes made to property
