The selected vendor should haveexperience working with targeted digital display campaigns designed to drivemeasurable results. THCis seeking vendors that have a minimum of 10 years of experience similar to thetype and scope of goods required and/or services rendered by this IFB (asjudged by THC) to be eligible for the Contract award.
